Hehe, it is a problem who should control your money. I prefer to control my own money in my hands only.

Here when I said to sack them means I would sell my shares, admit my mistakes to hire them to play my money, sell all of my shares, and since they don't play my money any more they are sacked.

You want to sack them but select a hardest way, the JervoisVision 2009. It could be a good way but a not sure way to get a good manage team for your money. I don't think any management team would work for you only. The best way is you choose them by yourself. Have you heard the word, quality? Before you buy and during the time you hold any stock, you have to monitor the management team and take your own action to stop the unaffordable risks.

You seem not know what W. Buffett have being done for his money. You seem not know how to be a boss in the market. You seems not know how to make your own decision for your money. So you need the supporters to get together.

I think I know what I want from JRV and try to control the risk affordable. I am still very confident on JRV in long term. So I would take the risks around it.

I hope you coud do what you want from EGM and JervoisVision2009. However I do want me to be the boss of my money.
