the announcement is not horribly worded.
It is actually very clear.
The problem is that you are making an assumption that what is says is not correct and that therefore teh wording is wrong.
Alternatively you just cant read correctly what is in front of you.
A Director buying means that all market sensitive information has been disclosed. Otherwise he is not allowed to trade and would actually be breaking the law.
JW is a regular buyer of RSG. I agree he has been a smart trader. Would you prefer he was an idiot? I have not seen another company director who makes such regular on market share purchases as JW. He did the same successfully with PDZ, EQX, PIR, OEC etc. He can only buy during limited trading windows and almost always does when he can. He wants to be an owner and he is motivated to make the share price go up.
I just wish he would make it happen!!!
