Looks like the Director's are cashing in on some well earned $$. Interestingly it will be done at the cap raise price $1.20/sh which is nice to see. They could've got more by selling on market but are instead opting for what is best for the company and crossing at a discount instead.
DGO jumping in for a minimum of $12m.
