For those that do not know the answer to your question perhaps look up the resent meeting with the FDA. I believe SI answer to this problem is very comprehensive , the cells produce a number of factors that are vital to efficacy and can and are tested for at various stages of the manufacturing process .
We should also remember that around 400 doses of our MSC product can be manufactured from each donner, it would only take a very small number of treatments per batch for proof of efficacy , this would guarantee consistency and leave us 390 odd treatments to generate revenue.
Batch too batch consistency is not a problem.
