There is not way institutions could have purchased that quantity at $2.50 per share. they would have needed to pay up to 4 but would not want to yet, so even if sp does drop they can buy more on way down which is possible later this year. The institutions were lucky NEA needed more working capital otherwise they would have has to wait on spec price dropped.. now they dont need to buy anymore for awhile, so I expect sp to languish and maybe lower
