Skip I concer whilst taking nothing away from the contributions and method of other. As no two of us are the same, so will the most workable method of trading for each of us differ from person to person.
Can I also say that I noticed someone the other day stating that BV has an ego. Imo we all have egos and if any one of us didn't have an ego we would not be here and I don't mean on HC, I mean on the planet. There is ego in all of us. I also noticed that BV posted on Friday that he had not been able to get in the zone all day and had a red day. To me that demonstrates honesty, humility and forthrightness, none of which traits are of the ego. In fact, quite the opposit. One dominated by the ego would not make public what BV made public in the aforementioned post.
