Having once lived in the area I am sure there is no rush by contractors to put machinery on site at this time of year.
The picture tells the story, trucks and machinery would make that a bog. Needs drying out and compacting. Only people in a rush are the investors. I have been with VMS a long time bit of delay to get it right is fine by me.
