    So what do you think 2/3 of patients having unmethylated glioblastoma should use? Temzolomide? Uh that doesn’t seem like a good choice to me. What would you like offered to you if you had unmethylated glioblastoma?

    Hmmm.... a drug that works for unmethylated glioblastoma or one that can’t be recommended as it basically does nothing.
