On phone as well and if I was at home I would link some of the statements with the statements in the document posted by homeales as it makes obvious that the policy directions of NASA and the US Military are in lockstep where Ai and in consequence neuromorphic edge computing is concerned.
And we know AKIDA is absolutely involved with NASA.
Does not take much faith or belief to accept that AKIDA is in the mix across the US military.
My opinion only DYOR.
