Some recent higher SP moves show that some are betting on just that. They might be on to something with Thorney increasing their holding at some SP levels just below the offer. Personally I think IRESS would have done their homework on OVH and would have a fair clue as to how that court case is going to pan out. Us holders just do not have a handle on all that has transpired about the legals in this.
