    DJ1,

If we didnt have debt, conversly, we would have no money to use for expenses (we would not have borrowed anything to be able to spend). We do have money to spend, so we must have borrowed it...

I regret having to explain this, as it highlights your lack of understanding of accounts and MAES (or any companies position).

If a company has debt, it can only be payed off by incoming money - not "profit". Profit does not pay off debt, it IS PROFIT after expenses and breaking even.
So in other words, after that debt is payed off, ie, when we earn one single dollar more than is required to pay off our debt, then we will be "cash positive" and making a profit as opposed to
"break-even (ie, breaking even with debt)".

At the moment for example, when we surpass production of around 5million cubic feet per day, we have all the money to repay debt + the excess will be profit.
So in other words anything on top of the 5mcfpd (eg 6million cubic feet per day) we have 1 million cubic feet, which effectively be the "profit".

Please do your research before you type this stuff up.
At best it only serves to confuse and create negative innuendo.

We have nothing to worry about at this time and anyone can hurl any negativity they like at us and it doesnt change the fact that we are earning sales figures and increasing our flow-rates beyond the +5mcf that was mentioned late last year - and therefore we are slowly on our way to the stated goal of 20 million cubic feet per day from only a 1/4 of your wells.

Great reason to invest - Gas is a necessary consumer/human need...it keeps us warm in winter and cool in summer and the USA uses lots of it. Research it if you need to learn it for yourself, its a biggie and a sureity.
