My explanation to that is two-fold:
1. short-comings of management caught with their hands in their pockets
2. a lag time in adoption of technology and realised revenues. ie 90 days to get paid for services
but I'm bullish about industry growth and believe there are strong indicators g medical have gained traction in the industry.
