    Your explanation & conclusion is spot on despite what others say.
    The company is capped at around A$100m with an asset value
    based on previous gas asset sales in the area making it worth in excess of $500m, so a loan of $30m is a very conservative "loan to value ratio" - a rollover should be easily secured.
