Couldn't agree more.
We can check share price in a year, I think WBT is having more substance.
BRN was hyped to be bigger than Microsoft few years ago, but it faded away, then acquired Spike Network, it hyped to generate hundreds of millions dollars, but failed again, I don't think recent agreement with a private company will justify crazy $1B valuation.
