it’s no dif than the phase IIa where they found one subgroup of kidney disease patients did best
now from this dkd trial, we have learned that we just need to select for patients with higher baseline proteinuria and then there is a clinically significant effect
this is super common with other drug development programs - need to find optimal patient subgroup which dxb has now done
