A yes vote does away with the GT / HNC C-notes at 42c but not Cornell's.

Once / if GT / HNC gain control, reckon we will see sp start appreciating and further until any later issue (which should for fairness sake's be offered shareholders first and underwritten by whoever) does away with the Cornell C-notes.

Brinkmanship atm methinks and all will be known on thursday.
