That won't make them a partner, it doesn't give away control. Do you want to bar Tesla from purchasing products made from BSX nickel? You hate Elon Musk? I'm not a huge fan personally, but I want him to buy Ecopro's cathodes and they will be the only ones on the market, so far, which have the environmental credentials Musk has requested and will therefore have to purchase or be a massive hypocrit for failing to do so

I'm not too fussed on Tesla, however it is interesting that FIdelity is a cornerstone investor in Tesla and is now a cornerstone investor in BSX. Is that just a coincidence time will tell.
