By June 17th and as news broke of an infected private security guard Andrews was still abiding by Morrison's hysterical demands re COVID-19 restrictions.
Thereafter Morrison's disgusting aged care sector exploded and Andrews was left with no choice but to act and to do so decisively.
So what about second time round - well Morrison, his Muppets and Murdoch Mouthpieces are at it all over again, demanding a premature end to restrictions in Victoria and an end to travel bans by state Labor governments but NOT by state Liberal governments such as NSW.
