this is true however as we know, the heads SP fell heavily from complete mismanagement costing shareholders time and value out of the company before going into suspension at .003c. with an option conversion price of .02c , conversion was never going to happen.
all I’m saying is holders should note after the CR, there will be 4.5b shares (plus outstanding and new options) on the Register, $2m doesn’t go far in the exploration game and consolidation is highly likely.
