May I make the point that the'thousands of domestic violence victims, the thousands of victims of violent assaults, sexual assault and rape, car theft, unlawful entries and stealing' offences are signal evidence of police ineffectiveness; their first duty is to protect the people from the criminal class; they have failed!
Police Force? Spent Force might be a better title.
