    Yes, I don't think they are renegotiating now because it's the 11th hour - more likely a case of dealing with it while they have other options open.

    As I posted yesterday, seems to me they could do a massive rights issue, raise the cash to pay all debts out and still come out way ahead of where they are now in terms of market cap even taking into account the massive dilution. Of course, that is unlikely to happen - maybe a small issue if it ever came to that. I'm sure that whilst existing shareholders wouldn't like to be savaged and diluted if they bought in at $1+ but perhaps they'd prefer that then seeing the banks screw them over.

    Seems to me there is a lot more substance to VPG than there was with AFG, etc.

    Just my thoughts anyway.
