The ugly fact they now bring them selves to declare, is that there is no garantee that any arrangment will be upheld. If they are to say, we only have an arrangement based on congeniality, it is not enough. A deal with any government, must be binding apon the successors. If you can just change the rules or the playing field,,,its just BS, and there's no other words for it.
