im positive they would help their people if their land was not occupied and riddled with roadblocks and surrounded by naval blockaid on one side and an aparthait wall on the other... and the occupiers would let UN aid into their country and if they had any hospitals left standing after said occupiers bombed them
and
they would feed them but the israelis also bombed the UN food stores
so, yeah i think they would but israel, in her hast to defend the citizens occupying Palestinian land, accidental hit those buildings
