I am not savvy in interpreting this JV agreement, could someone in the know please explain the following - perhaps pedantical - hypothetical question.
Assuming there is a feasibility completed on Stricklands and it is decided to go ahead with mining, presumably, WSA starts to contribute. SGQ then spends on exploring the remaining prospects along strike in E29/638 so as to supplement the mining operations. Does WSA contribute to that exploration cost? After all, that exploration cost would be deemed as a development cost for the mining operation. (Thank whoever I am a humble geologist and not a lawyer)
