Doubt Buffet would be talking about loss makers such as ZIP. According to him 'the jury is still out' on loss making companies.
He says that 'as long as sales are increasing there MAY be better days ahead'.
He would invest in under performing companies - not loss making ones. Lucky there are people such as us that are willing to take that punt.
