Uhm, because there is nothing concrete in the announcement, period. Don't get me wrong, it is a good announcement, but not really worthy of a price sensitive sticker, imo.
Now give me the results from the csm core data, ie maceral content, gas composition, isotherm data, etc. That would be a price sensitive announcement.
