    as i understand they are giving u 1 free one for every 1 held. The free one will have an exercise price of 1.25 cents and the one u bought will still have the exercise price of 15 cents. If I am right then they are basically resetting your options and if the co. happens to do something in the next 10 months then oppie holders could be doubly (a word?) in some money!
