Thanks Kacy for your comments.
My research since being stopped out, to put it mildly, has confirmed a lot of what you have said.
I have now changed my patterns and sizes, ceased putting in stops [ notice the advertising of IG re using stop- losses] and have been happy so far not to be noticed by their special recording machines.
Some good pips of 80 and today even more!!
Large placements are the problem, small trades more often are the go.
Above all, DO NOT let them know what you are going to do.
Everything is recorded and so can be manipulated as their Product Disclosure states. They are NOT breaking the law!!
I have experienced poor connections, log on again, server down, trade being processed.[ it took 5 mins ], so not allowing me to change tack. etc.
It's a gamble if you are not well versed in the processes.
My experiences only. Beware newbies. Cheers,jb.
