It's nice to get an update, but it does not look like they are close to achieving any asset sales.

The key question is will the company continue to generate enough cash to meet its debt repayment and ongoing commitments if it does not achieve another asset sale?

I suspect that is why the market has them priced where they are currently at, until another asset sale is achieved.
