Bell potter appear to been given the job of raising the capital as part of the acquisition . SMI will also take the opportunity to strategically review their other assets , including their Nickel, gold and silver prospects in Laos etc. personally, I don’t mind if the Management refocus their attention on gold, and in a stable country like NZ . Think I’ll sit it out and see how this works out post consolidation. Expect some more news in the lead up to the IPO.
