The only reason I needed this clarified is that when I posted that there would be $500k going into Brockmans kitty someone suggested that would not be the case due to the financing by Brockman. But in reality Brockman will ultimately receive the $500k assuming the sale is for 50c or over without Brockman actually outlaying anything.

$5 sounds a reasonablesale price lol.
