top post eagle...we all know people like that...its just some of the next generation have been spending all that good work... I know a female in her 40's, just bought a 750 k unit...got her parents to put in about 300 k...their savings, then had them sell their family home...now she has her eyes on their commercial prop...they are almost out on the street,,renting a place...both late 60's... she is their only child... she was only earning 60 k....no way could she afford anything herself...but conned her parents out of everything
