$100 Million free cashflow is $555 / tonne based on stage two producing 180,000 Tonnes, that seems way to high.
I mean they will have production costs some where between $150 and $250 / Tonne, then the marketing fee and profit sharing with K+S (distributors and marketing), and then there is royalties and tax, and transport etc.
So I can’t see how we will be able to get free cash flow of $555 of a sale price of under $1000.
do you have any analyst info on how they calculated a free cashflow of $555 per tonne.
