sounds likely to me. 18% discount to closing sp vs 30% discount on IVR - speaks to the quality difference
always has to be to sophs to get it done quickly.
if they muck around with an spp it can retard the share price for the month it takes to conduct - and then company is at risk of undersubscription if metal/share price moves adversely because a large % of retail holders tend to be fairweather in commitment.
PMY has a lot to get on with. Drill core and DFS dont materialise for free.
