pursell remuneration

Looking at Mr.D. Pursell's remuneration details for the past three financial years as stated in the JRV annual reports resulted in the following:

Super Contribution Y/e 30/6/06 Nil

Salary, Fees & Comm. Y/e 30/6/07 $120,000
Super Contribution Y/e 30/6/07 Nil

Salary, Fees & Comm. Y/e 30/6/08 $120,000
Super Contribution Y/e 30/6/08 $100,000

The normal super contibution is 9.0% of salary, with the amount being $13,500. Then, why did he receive an amount of $100,000 which represent 66.66% of his salary!

Also, the new appointed director being Mr.Derek Foster was paid $90,000 under the heading "Specified Executives Y/e 30/6/06"!
