Xtract seem to be dumping shares in MEO since Oct '08 to free some cash & use it on other projects.

1) Initially they had 80.5m MEO shares.
2) In April 08, Xtract held 64m shares or 16.6%
3) By Oct '08 they had 59m or 13.9%.

So this has been a regular trend, perhaps CP or others are picking these up, just my thoughts.
