What do you reckon the CR price would be at this share price level? It would be disastrous for the retail holders if AusCann offers CR price at 10c. If someone can help them pump this to 25c then offer CR at 15c, that would still be all doom and gloom for retail shareholders. The smart ones would dump and buy back at the CR price. I remember that every time they did CR in the past, the share price quickly got lower than the offer price. So, it's better to just wait 3-4 weeks after the CR event and buy on the market if you want a price lower than the CR price.
