The deal is cheap due to it being the Philippines imo. Sovereign risk high due to a government who likes to "flip flop" a bit when it comes to mining .
I hope the BOD did their collective due diligence on this aspect and that the government is supportive, because if they are not , then we may see a mine sometime in the next century.
