I agree that next run up is imminent but ....
US oil inventory due this week and is expected will show more oil in storage than expected.
last time this happened the oil price fell which means a fall for WPL.
still I have to respect the charts and there is buying interest today so perhaps the move up starts now. I am waiting for confirmation before acting. last nights oil report was still bearish and I don't need to risk a fall before it rises.
perhaps another day or two of falls before the next rise?
