That is "old" news. You will find that months ago similar reports had been made about the poor state of the health system.
If you READ my post CAREFULLY, you would have noticed that when I said isolated cases, it was in response to that posters remarks that nurses had to use their own money to pay for patients' medical supplies.
At the end of my post, I did say the health system needs upgrading and improvements, or words to that effect.
