It's always been such a complicated web of ownership and rights to this project..

China Railway Resources (Dathomir) 10% & DRC government 30%

so the Chinese railway resources who actually own the project ..have given up 5% because they failed to contribute the 350 million that had been promised for infrastructure.

and now we're in negotiations with the government who will be well aware that any point they could probably simply cancel the lease to begin with and handed over to anyone they choose as they did when we got involved..

it is just my opinion and observation that this whole thing has just being a tangled mess of deceit lies and broken promises..
I've always had the fear that AVZ and our shareholders have simply been used to get the drilling done and measure up the resource and then we will be kicked to the kerb..
well I guess we all know very shortly as it is all come to an end and they must make their final decision which totally relies on financing..

it really has come down to make or break this will be the beginning of something huge or simply another Penny dreadful story.
