Yes I have spoken to Mal...and agree it is his/Zyl's responsibility to make these 'conditions' public...enough of the private info ....MAKE IT PUBLIC....that also goes for the ZYL board regarding full disclosure/explanation regarding Nic.
Otherwise we have a market 2nd guessing and I dont think that will do the SP any good at all!
