    I did find an interesting one on VCS. Definitely worth a look.

    Petrac looked ok back then, however it looks like they bit off more than they could chew and used too much debt.
    There portfolio does provide me with some comfort as most of the projects look like they are in good spots & would allow VPG to finish up and maybe get some cash back.

    Wonder if Valad could move on the management contract? Also preferred equity in the Crownstone portfolio.
