If he hasn't answered you or anyone else for months nor posted on here do you not suspect that he has reached a deal or has chosen to walk away? In any case if we really want to launch a class action we need to start looking after ourselves and stop relying on others. Former directors and creditors are only looking out for their own interests, not shareholders. If those interests happened to align in the past that was fortunate but they no longer do so it's time for shareholders to stand up for the themselves as a united group. As the old saying goes, God only helps those who help themselves. Praying for a miracle isn't going to solve anything in this case.
