And to be devils advocate - the fact that gold stocks have risen significantly recently makes a downward correction in them (short term) all the more possible.

To reiterate - I'm bullish medium term, but anyone who is thinking it's all blue skies from here needs to respect the inherent volatility of the sector. I'm sceptical of the insta-jubiliation that we see every time gold spikes. Spikes are less than sustainable. Monthly trends are more imporant. So let's hope she respects support at around the level we're seeing presently. $880 was obviously a thin support line. Game on to respect $874/$875 now.
