as secondlevel posted last week, it is likely pegasus is on a long term lease, so forex doesnt come into it. this also follows from mrm's recent decision to cancel the purchase of a vessel as leasing has again become affordable (as against raising debt and the ire of analysts)

and considering all the mod cons that appear to exist on this boat it is possible it either is being built now, or was only recently launched.
