    according to the above link, which DID appear on NMS website till earlier this week, and again referring back to the NMS annual report, all evidence suggests neptune marine pacific is an NMS subsidiary.

    the link includes NMS emblem, an email address of a staff member (ROV & vessel boss i believe), and so is either a case of creative web page making its way onto NMS site, or youre wrong.
