The bit I don’t understand is why would an omnipresent being design us in its own image?

Surely it doesn’t have as many design faults as we do?
If it was like us the body couldn’t exist forever?
Why would it create so many false/abborations of itself through the ions of time?
Why would the Devil exist, did the creator just want to make work for itself?

Could those who are said to be posed by the devil just be those who have seen the light and disbelieve the mumbojumbo created by those at the top of the pyramid of the various religions?

The belief in our position of power and the idea that we can sit with God works well if we are the only intelligent creatures anywhere but who really thinks that there isn’t life/intelligent life beyond this rock?

There is just so many unanswered questions that a thinking person cannot possibly have enough faith to truely believe that their ideas about a God are truely factual.

To wrap these wandering thoughts of mine up I’ll ask another question, is religious beliefs the true path to a delusional existence?
