    A non bullish post from me...

    Why does Afterpay, via AP Ventures, own 40% of a 20% stake of Happay China which is an afterpay clone in 3 malls in China... effectively 8% economic interest...

    WTF aren't they doing it themselves or owning it 100%.???

    thoughts?
