Your talking about the aussie who took a Malaysian's children back to Malaysia and to the father after the mother, an aussie stole the kids after getting the father to let the kids come to Australia with the promice that she would have them returned at the end of the holidays.
Once the kids were here, she then made an application to the Australian Family Court for custody and won!
She was an Aussie jouno or ex journo if my memory serves me correctly.
I know a bit about this story.
I met the guy's family here in Perth who did jail time for getting the kids back to the father in Malaysia.
And I can tell you from personal experience, the Family Court system is a disgrace for many, many reasons. _______________________________________________________
